Terms and Conditions

Last Updated: October 2026. These Terms and Conditions govern the acquisition, licensing, and usage of digital software codebases, database assets, and enterprise services provided by DSR MATRIX Tech Enterprise ("DSR MATRIX", "we", "us", or "our"), owned by Saraswathi Reddy.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By browsing dsrmatrix.com, acquiring software source code, downloading data packages, or executing payments via Razorpay, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Commercial Software Source Code License

When you purchase any software codebase (such as DSR Enterprise ERP, Nexus, CareForce, Sync, or DineFlow), DSR MATRIX grants you a non-exclusive, perpetual, commercial developer license to:

• Inspect, modify, customize, and extend the source code for personal or client enterprise deployments.
• White-label, rebrand, and deploy the application for internal business use or as part of a commercial software-as-a-service solution.
• You are strictly prohibited from reselling or publicly distributing the raw, uncompiled ZIP codebase package in direct competition with DSR MATRIX.

3. B2B Market Intelligence & Database Terms

B2B Leads intelligence records are compiled from publicly accessible business directories and corporate filings available at the time of aggregation. The data is provided for legitimate B2B sales outreach and analytics purposes only. Purchasers must adhere to applicable commercial communications and data protection laws.

4. Delivery & Fulfillment

All digital products (software ZIP archives, database files, and official license certificates) are fulfilled immediately and automatically upon successful transaction clearance via Razorpay. A post-payment download modal and automated browser download are triggered at zero latency.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian and international law, DSR MATRIX's aggregate cumulative liability for any dispute or claim arising from these terms or any product purchase shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific product package.

6. Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal dispute or proceeding arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
