Engineering High-Performance Enterprise Digital Ecosystems

1. Non-Exclusive Commercial License: Upon payment of the commercial license fee (₹5,999 INR / $69 USD), DSR MATRIX grants the licensee a perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide license to modify, adapt, and deploy the source code to build commercial products, SaaS platforms, or client applications.

2. Vendor IP Ownership & Global Sales Rights: DSR MATRIX retains 100% full intellectual property ownership, copyright, and unrestricted rights to market, sell, license, or distribute the software codebase to any third-party individual or business globally without restriction.

3. Strict Trademark & Branding Restrictions: Licensees MUST NOT use the brand name "DSR MATRIX", "DSR", or official logos/trademarks in their resold, commercial, or deployed applications. All applications deployed by licensee must be white-labeled under licensee's own brand identity.

4. Prohibition of Raw Source Code Resale: Licensees are strictly prohibited from re-packaging, redistributing, or selling the uncompiled raw ZIP source code files on asset marketplaces, code template stores, or public repositories as a raw source code competitor to DSR MATRIX.

5. Automated Database Audit Logging: By initiating payment and download, the licensee explicitly consents to persistent database audit logging (including licensee email, transaction payment ID, IP address, user agent, and timestamp) for legal compliance and legal enforcement.

6. Warranty & Limitation of Liability: Software is provided "as-is" with documentation. DSR MATRIX shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from deployment.
