Cancellation & Refund Policy

Last Updated: October 2026. This Cancellation and Refund Policy applies to all digital software source code packages, market intelligence databases, and technical services purchased on dsrmatrix.com from DSR MATRIX Tech Enterprise.

1. Nature of Digital Goods Delivery

All products sold on dsrmatrix.com are intangible digital assets (including full uncompiled source code ZIP archives, structured CSV databases, and digital commercial licenses) that are fulfilled instantly and automatically to the purchaser upon transaction completion via Razorpay.

2. Cancellation Policy

Because digital access and file download links are generated immediately upon transaction authorization, cancellation requests must be made prior to payment completion. Once a transaction is successfully authorized and digital files are downloaded, orders cannot be cancelled.

3. 7-Day Technical Delivery Guarantee & Refund Policy

We stand behind the quality and integrity of our codebase packages. A refund will be issued under the following circumstances:

• Defective or Corrupted Archive: If the downloaded ZIP archive is demonstrably corrupted, unextractable, or missing core files, and our technical engineering team cannot provide a working replacement within 48 hours of reporting.
• Duplicate Transactions: If your account was charged more than once for the same order due to a network or payment gateway latency error, all excess charges will be refunded automatically.
• Delivery Failure: If the automated download system fails to provide your purchased files and our support team is unable to fulfill the files via email or secure cloud link within 24 hours.

4. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be issued in cases of:

• Change of mind after successful digital asset download.
• Inability or lack of technical proficiency to install, configure, or run developer frameworks without consulting our technical support.

5. Refund Process & Settlement Timeline

To initiate a refund request under our Technical Delivery Guarantee, please email info@dsrmatrix.com or support@dsrmatrix.com with your Razorpay Payment ID (`pay_XXXXX`) and registered email address within 7 days of purchase.

Once verified and approved, refunds are credited back to the original payment source (Bank Account, Credit/Debit Card, or UPI) through Razorpay within 5 to 7 business days.
